Self-regulation safety conformation (KC)
In this scheme, before shipping products or clearing them through the customs, manufacturers or importers are required to ensure for themselves that their products comply with the safety criteria by making them go through safety-related tests and inspections for individual models conducted by designated test and inspection institutes and to report their compliance to safety certification institutes.
